Our famous White Deer Granola is baked each day and we’re the only area that can boast about our white deer and our white deer inspired products. Locally here, we are famous for our breads and pastries, granola, as well as beautiful and tasty fruits and vegetables. A world-class culinary pastry chef is right here on the farm creating specialty baked goods each day. And let me tell you about our baked goods - from pies, breads, granolas to fresh donuts and jams, everything is made with fresh local ingredients and, does that ever show up in the flavor. Once you try it, you’ll be coming back for more! All our produce is started from seeds right here in our greenhouse and is transplanted to our fields and cared for with love and appreciation for the land. We don’t use herbicides or pesticides where produce is grown so you’re eating produce the way nature intended - chemical free. And full of flavor! Did I mention the white deer? An old Army depot across the street is the only place in the world that you can see actual white deer – not albinos. We capture that with our White Deer Granola, White Deer Crunch, White Deer Food and, yes even White Deer Poop – the stocking stuffer of the season.
