Lisette has over 27 years as a pastry chef – practicing in several four and five-star restaurants. There is not a day that goes by that she does not amaze me with what she is baking for our customers. Have you ever seen a TV dinner made out of cupcakes? Unbelievable!

  • We incorporate many of the fruits and vegetables grown on our farm into our bakery program

  • Fresh strawberries in May and June – for a fabulous Strawberry shortcake

  • Our own-grown chili peppers are made into chili oil and used for our “Firehouse Granola”

  • Extensive line of homemade breads such as our “Italian sausage, green peppers and onion” bread - using our own green peppers and onions

  • This year we will begin to grow our lettuce for the newly introduce line of salads available daily

  • To honor the only place in the world to see white deer, we have White Deer Granola, White Deer Food and White Deer Poop (white chocolate, dates and cranberries)

  • We grow our own popcorn that makes the White Deer Food (caramel popcorn, white chocolate, sliced almonds and cranberries)

  • We create very unique and special birthday and wedding cakes
